Read MoreThe Japanese Cultural Club is excited to partner with a group of South Lakes High School students to facilitate HANDS ON learning about Japanese art and culture! During the months of March, April, and May interested students will receive a ziplock bag with the necessary supplies and the link to an instructional video. There is no cost to participate as it is being funded through JCC. The only supplies parents need to provide will be markers or crayons, scissors, and glue. Read MoreDo you have a Kindergartener or Rising Kindergartener and want to learn about the possibilities at Fox Mill Elementary school? We have an amazing immersion program in Japanese! The kids learn math and science from a Japanese teacher half of the day, and then learn English and social studies in their English class the other half of the day.
If you would like to get our newsletters from the Japanese culture committee, please email jccfoxmill@aol.com. It’s a great way to meet other parents and do some Japanese culture activities for the entire school.

This is always a great time to come in and volunteer, PLUS learn about Japanese traditions/culture and interact with the kids. There are people needed to present the slideshow and story, manage the slideshow on the computer (non-speaking role), and extra helpers.
