WHO: All are welcome!!

Matsuri is Friday, May 1. We still need coordinators! Please reply to jccfoxmill@aol.com if you are available to help!

ADULT AND STUDENT VOLUNTEERS Create Sign Up Genius for Adult and Student volunteers. Advertise the sign ups through Fox Prints/Fox Mill ES, Middle School, and High School.  Recruit and coordinate high school student volunteers. ONE VOLUNTEER NEEDED TO WORK WITH ALREADY ESTABLISHED COORDINATOR                                                    

BEA GAMES

Set up/Manage Pachinko, Sumo Tapping, chopstick race, kendama 2 COORDINATORS NEEDED

 BEA ACTIVITIES                                    

Set up/Manage:Origami - High School students will run this table              

Fish Prints - Prepare tempera paint and brayers, trays, water tubs, table coverings, 2 long tables, paper, JCC rubber sea creatures for prints. Contact Mrs. Welles to borrow drying rack.                              

Calligraphy - Contact teachers and calligraphy volunteer to confirm availability and assistance            

 ONE VOLUNTEER NEEDED TO WORK WITH ALREADY ESTABLISHED COORDINATOR        

 ICE/COOLER/WATER/UTENSILS Borrow 7 wheeled coolers with name labels. Email cafeteria manager - request to use ice in cafeteria ice maker. Before Matsuri - buy 5 bags ice and waters. Also buy bowls, cups, spoons, chopsticks, napkins needed for Food Stalls. Meet drink coordinators & help unload drinks. Fill coolers with drinks and ice. Store coolers in atrium

 JCC SALES TABLE                                                         

Inventory current sales items; Order additional items as needed. Price items; Set-up sales table and check periodically on table during the night of Matsuri.

ONE VOLUNTEER NEEDED TO WORK WITH ALREADY ESTABLISHED COORDINATOR KARAOKE    

Secure equipment for Matsuri (school equipment or vendor rental). Set-up equipment and instruct/supervise volunteers.                

ONE VOLUNTEER NEEDED TO WORK WITH ALREADY ESTABLISHED COORDINATOR JAPANESE PERFORMANCES

Contact and schedule performers (Onoe Ryu Dance Troupe, Taiko Drummers (Chin Daiko/Nen Daiko). Greet performers, provide meal tickets, introduce them on stage, be their POC throughout the night

.2 COORDINATORS NEEDED                            

RICE

Organize 10 volunteers to cook rice that day in their rice cooker and bring it in hot. Take turns making sure there is rice made to go with the meals during Matsuri. We will have the kitchen open to keep the rice cookers plugged in and warm. Then take turns throughout the night to shuttle rice from the cafeteria to the kitchen to replenish the supply, especially during 6-8.    2 COORDINATORS NEEDED
