Fox Mill Matsuri – Call for Volunteers

As we prepare for the Fox Mill Elementary School Matsuri Festival on Friday, May 16th from 6:00 to 8:30 PM, we are inviting volunteers to sign up and help us make this event a success.

This year, we are implementing a new priority access system for wristband sales to ensure that as many FMES families as possible have the chance to enjoy Matsuri.  Wristbands sold out quickly last year, so we want to make sure you don’t miss out!

Volunteers who register through the Adult Volunteer SUG by April 10th will receive priority access to wristband sales.

Important Notes:

  • Priority access will only be available to families with current FMES students and will be sent to email addresses registered in the Adult Volunteer SUG.

  • You can still sign up after April 10th, but priority access will no longer be available after the deadline.

  • Students who sign up through the MS & HS Volunteer SUG will not receive priority access but will earn service hours for their contributions.
