Dear JCC Members,

We hope you’re all doing well! Our next JCC meeting is coming up on Thursday, February 13th at 9:00 AM in Room D125, and we’d love to see you there.

Agenda:

  • Hinamatsuri Update

  • Matsuri Committee Discussions

This is a great opportunity to connect and collaborate as we kick off planning for upcoming events. Committee groups are eager to meet in person, so please come by if you can!  If you’re unable to attend, no worries—just send us a DM with any updates for your committee, and we’ll make sure you stay in the loop.

We’re also excited to have graduate parents joining us to share their experiences and offer handover sessions.  A big thank you to those who are willing to help! Your support is truly appreciated.

Weather Contingency Plan:

  • If a snow day is announced on Thursday, we’ll meet on Friday, February 14th at 9:00 AM in the Cafeteria instead.

  • If there is a 2-hour delay on Thursday or Friday, we’ll still meet, but at 11:00 AM in Room D125.

  • If both Thursday and Friday are snow days, the meeting will be rescheduled for Tuesday, February 18th at 9:00 AM in Room D125.
