Make-up/Retake School Pictures

If your student’s picture was taken on Picture Day this year (October 10th), you should have received your student’s picture envelope this week in the Thursday packet. Scherling Photography will be at Fox Mill on Wednesday morning, November 13th, to take portraits of students who were absent on Picture Day, and students whose parents wish to have their picture retaken. If you would like to have your student’s picture retaken you must send the original picture envelope back to school. You may either send the picture envelope with your student on November 13th, or send it to school by November 12th, with a note to send it to the office. If you send the pictures in by Tuesday you will receive a confirming email from the office to let you know that the pictures were received and that we will schedule your student for a retake. If you did not order pictures, but have looked at your student’s picture online and would like to have it retaken, please contact the Fox Mill main office at 703-262-2700. Please make sure your student and teacher know that you would like to have the picture retaken. Please call the office if you have any questions.
