The JCC is gearing up to prepare for our biggest event of the year: a Japanese Children’s Day Festival called “Matsuri”. We are coordinating with the PTA, School admins and JI teachers for the event, however, Matsuri will not be a success without support from parent and student volunteers! We have various activities to cover! Please consider volunteering for a time-slot so that everybody will have a great time. The event is on Friday, May 10th from 6:00 pm to 8:30pm at Fox Mill Elementary School. Please read on for the sign-up genius links!

Wristbands for children are required for admission ($5 pre-order, $10 at the door), and will give children access to games, crafts, calligraphy, trying on kimonos, Japanese traditional dance, and more. Adult supervision is required, but there is no cost for adults to enter the event. Choose one (or MORE) of our delectable Japanese dishes from our local Japanese restaurant. Please note that we are selling food by pre-order only! Please read the attached flyers for more details. Please read on for more information and to see our food options available.
