Acknowledgements
Thank you to Michelle Keeley and Barbara Isaacs for coordinating the Plant Sale. Thanks to Kelly Richards and all the volunteers who helped with the Japanese Festival. Thanks to Karen Nichols for running Field Day. Thanks to Christine Cherkis for all her hard work for Grace Art as she is moving in August. She was very instrumental for running the program for many years.

Principals’ Remarks
Mrs. Sheehy: Thanked Kelly Richards for the Japanese Festival. Thanks were given to Susan Miller for Science Fair information. Mrs. Hershey and Mrs. Clarke are the Science leads and are willing to be on a committee to help with this program. Mrs. Sheehy announced that our bell schedule has changed for the next school year. The start time will be 8:40am, 30 minutes later than this past year. She said this year’s 6th Grade Graduation and Awards would be two separate days. The Awards will be on June 16th the day before Graduation on the 17th. The 6th Grade Tech Team was accepted to present in a Student Showcase at the National Educational Computing Conference (NECC) being held in Washington, DC this summer. Our team is one of only 46 groups selected from across the United States. Congratulations to the team and their sponsor, Mrs. Slifkey.
Mr. Moose: Finishing up SOL’s. He has been delighted to be a part of Fox Mill Elementary the last couple months.
Teacher Representative Remarks
Ms. Tuller-Brooke thanked the Kindergarten parents for the breakfast which was much appreciated. She said it has been a really great year. She thanked Mr. Moose for running the SOL’s and that they went smoothly. She thanked Mrs. Wallisch for attended this evenings meeting.
Treasurer’s Report
The bank account has about $24K. All check reimbursements and deposits must be in by June 19th so Bill can close out the books for June. The 6th Grade will pay for a graduation gift to the school. They will be front foyer mats for each entrance of the school.
Committee Reports
Preliminary Budget was amended and approved.
Reflections will need a Coordinator for next year.

Old Business
Japanese Festival prompted us to set up policy and procedures for any PTA functions that occur after school hours.
Sandy Vigen thanked the PTA for paying her co-pays from the injuries she sustained during the Family Fun Night. Farmers Insurance reimbursed her for her expenses and therefore, she has returned the money PTA gave her.
