Yoga
The PTA offers Yoga for Kids, an after school activity. Students explore yoga poses, cooperative games, breathing, and relaxation exercises. Non-competitive and fun, students develop strength, flexibility, concentration, and confidence. The sessions are 8 weeks long and are open to both boys and girls in grades K-6 with instructors from Beloved Yoga (www.belovedyoga.com).
The next session starts on Thursday, Jan. 12 from 3:30 p.m. to 4:25 p.m. in the cafeteria. To enroll in Yoga for Kids, return the completed form with payment to school in an envelope labelled “Yoga for Kids” by Jan. 6.
