Fox Prints

Fox Prints is the PTA’s weekly newsletter that is published as an e-mail each Monday. All PTA members are encouraged to subscribe. The PTA also sends Fox Prints subscribers occasional e-mails called postcards to alert them of special events happening at the school and impending deadlines to turn in paperwork to participate in programs and activities.

In an effort to reduce paper waste and to be more cost effective in our communications, the PTA limits the amount of actual paper that is sent home with Fox Mill students. If you do not have regular e-mail or Internet access and would like communication from the Fox Mill PTA mailed to your home, please e-mail us and let us know your address. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee that you will receive information in a timely manner via the mail and we urge everyone to subscribe to Fox Prints and check the Fox Mill PTA website.

How to get an item published in Fox Prints?

If you would like an item published in Fox Prints, send an e-mail to foxmillpta@yahoo.com. Be sure to include the text as you would like it to appear. Flyers can be distributed by e-mail but should be in pdf format if possible. Fox Prints is created by PTA volunteers so please send your requests in a timely manner. The deadline for submissions to Fox Prints is noon on the Friday before publication unless special arrangements have been made.

How do I get an announcement sent as a postcard?

If you have an announcement or item that you would like to be sent as a postcard (i.e, a separate e-mail to everyone that receives Fox Prints), please click here to fill out the online request form. After completing the form, please e-mail both PTA President Lorraine Mietlicki  at lmietlicki@verizon.net  and PTA Vice President Amanda Owens at amanda.j.owens@me.com to inform them of your request.

Only one postcard is allowed per item or activity. Please send your postcard one week in advance before the date you would like it sent if possible. Please keep in mind that PTA volunteers create the postcards so requests made in a timely manner are greatly appreciated.

How do I get a morning announcement?

Anyone wishing to promote school activities through the morning news show should e-mail the announcement to Mrs. Diamond at lsdiamond@fcps.edu by 2 p.m. the day before the announcement is to run.
