Book Fair and Swap
Book Swap on June 1
The Book Swap for the 2011-2012 school year will be held on June 1. Students should place donated books in the Book Swap Bin in in their classroom BEA. Students may donate as many books as they would like. Students will be able to choose a maximum of 3 books no matter how many they donate. Everyone will be able to choose at least one book even if they didn’t bring any in.
The Book Swap is a yearly event during which students trade books. Students are asked to bring in books to trade and then choose new titles to bring home. It’s a great opportunity for students to share books that they have enjoyed with their fellow students and get more books that they might like.
Book Fair in November
The Book Fair is a book sale that occurs in November. Students browse and buy during school hours and 25% of all sales goes to the school! Classrooms have wish lists at the book fair for families to donate books to the classrooms.
